After reading the past three book in the wizard hall chronicles series by Sheryl Steines, I just could not wait more to move to the Fourth one. I’m totally fascinated by the character of Annie. The new phase starts when Annie returned from France and had to face a Prophecy that would change her entire life.

Annie faces such difficult situations and demons, stronger so much that she never thought of and were so stronger that she’s ever encountered before. The story takes us back to ninth-century on a time-travelling quest of her finding answers to some questions that she never thought off. If she strives, her life will take her to a ultimate reward that would get her magic very very powerful .

Coming to the end it was really tensed but amusing experience as a reader, She could speak to her father can see her mother and we all were able to experience the time when she was five. What really happened, was she able to get her ultimate reward? Read this really amazing part where you all would definitely experience the prophecy that would definitely change her life. I was wiping my eyes occasionally and laughing aloud and screaming at everything that was happening.

Recently I read the third part of the Franklin Boys Story trilogy. This trilogy has highlighted the racism faced by the main characters Julio and Jermey that made their life tough when they moved to Franklin. Jamie, Jeremy’s girlfriend also faced the same racism and when she couldn’t fight it anymore, she gave up her life. Jeremy who was her boyfriend miss her very much.

Julio is in San Francisco and he often communicates with his brother Jeremy through texting. One thing that I have noticed in this trilogy that is constant is the death. Grab a copy of this book and read the story yourself to unveil the suspense.

Language of the book is easy and comfortable. Writing style of the author is remarkable and seems mature. Plot is intriguing. Characterization was stunning throughout the book even though there were so many characters. Pace of the story was fine. If you love baseball, then this series is strongly recommended to you.

Unlucky by Weston King is an intriguing story. Story highlights magical creatures who eats flesh. Story starts with a six years old little girl Kelsey in the local park. She met a strange creature who attracted her by his magic and made her to follow him.

When Kelsey slide down one tunnel with that creature, she noticed little bones around her. These were bones of children and she got scared. This creature eats children’s flesh. What will happen to Kelsey? Will she ever be able to make it back to her family? Who is this creature? Grab a copy of this book to unveil the suspense and know the story yourself.

Writing style of author is superb. From the first page itself, story intrigued me. I read it in two sittings. The storyline is unique and it was something new to me. I enjoyed the story a lot. Cover page of the book looks so decent. Title is short and sweet. Looking forward to read more books by the author.

Stop by the author Colleen Williams is the first book that I have read by her. This book contains stories and poems about the domestic violence and sexual abuse that author has gone through. I really loved below lines from the poem:

I walked away because I know I deserve
better; in a perfect world

Then I stopped.

In the letter to her exes, instead of being mad at those guys, Colleen is thankful to them as she is happy and strong today because of whatever happened to her. The world has become so harsh that even neighbor’s can’t be trusted with a girl child security.
Title of the book is short, sweet and really apt. Cover page is nice. This book motivates the one who is suffering due to domestic violence to come out of such a relationship. I really appreciate Colleen for sharing her life experiences with us in the form of a book. Looking forward to read more books by the author Colleen Williams.

It’s a promising read that I strongly recommend to my fellow readers.

Salep and Ginger by the author Jane Gundogan is an intriguing read. I love romcom stories and movies. It’s my favorite genre. This story is in the style of Notting Hill and Sleepless in Seattle. Story starts with Ginger at home and she wanted to spend a New Year Eve by lying in her sofa and munching on pizza. When her best friend Tash invited her to party where there will be famous Sydney fireworks and all the fun, she couldn’t say no to her friend.

So, Ginger went for the party. Her eyes fell on Chris Hemsworth clone, a gorgeous looking guy with chiseled jawline. After being in relationship with Henry for few months, she discovered that she is being cheated by him. Henry was in bed with a blonde Charlotte Poppleton. What Ginger will do after witnessing everything from her eyes? Grab a copy of this book to unveil the story further.

Cover photo is really eye catchy. Language of the book is lucid. Narration is smooth and clear. Since book contains strong language and mature content, so it is recommended for adult readers. This story is so intriguing that once I started it, I couldn’t put it down. I like to recommend it to all my fellow readers especially those who like romcom.

Here’s Waldo by the author Nick Olson is his debut novel. This is the story of Waldo Collins who was born in Illinois. This story is about the family bonding that a child shares with his parents. It shows the mother son bonding over a movie night. He gets moral support from his mother at all the scary parts. A night outing for a father son bonding was amazing. The story further covers the journey of Waldo as he keeps growing up to eleventh birthday and then so on. Waldo wanted to be a writer. Grab a copy of this book and read about his journey.

Language of the book was simple. Narration is smooth. Cover page of the book is interesting. I really enjoyed this story. It is divided into multiple parts with each chapter 2-4 pages long. Story is intriguing and I was able to finish it in two days. Pick this book, I am sure it will not fail to impress you. Great work by the author in his debut novel.

The Natural High by the author Melissa K Hiemann is a self help book. As the title of the book suggests, this book will make readers aware about “The Natural High” and what is in the way of it. Clearing The Blocks is my favourite chapter from the book. I could very well relate to the main excuse or deep internal blocks. Whatever the root cause are mentioned in the list were exactly on my mind. I agree with the author when she says that to clear the blocks in our mind, we should continuously improve ourselves in different areas of life.

Journal Exercise given at the last was interesting. Language of the book is simple to understand and full of motivation. Cover page of the book is really nice.

I really liked this quote from the book. I liked the way author has included one relatable quote below each chapter headings.

If you are not even into self-help inspiring books, then just pick this one and I am sure that it will not fail to impress you.

Playing Games: The Reboot is a black lesbian romance fiction tale by the author Kendra Spencer. This is the first time that I have read a book based on lesbian romance. There are two main characters in the story Ronnie and Kenni (Kenni with an I) .

Story starts with Ronnie getting into an argument with two customers in a shop where she works. She even carried a gun with her. Another character is Kenni. She has two other friends Sayvonne and Layla. Kenni is a spoiled one and she keeps on demanding things from her brother Jeremy and her mother. One day Ronnie and Kenni met at the mall and they exchanged numbers and started texting and dating each other soon.

Grab a copy of this book and read the story yourself to know what gonna happen further in the story. Cover page of the book is nice and looks realistic. Title of the story is apt. Reading this book was an altogether different reading experience for me. I enjoyed this story to the most. One can finish it in two sittings. Language of the book is mature and this book is recommended to adults.

United People’s Commonwealth Government is in rule in 2090. According to Commonwealth, the officers and guards can’t show sympathy to the offenders that they lead to their deaths. At the execution Chambers, Peter even noticed the flag of United People’s Commonwealth, the government lead by Premier Kerioth.

It must be sad for Uncle Jim and aunt Mellisa to see his nephew going through execution right in front of them. In Omega 21 Detection Centre Execution Chamber, something terrible is about to happen. What was Peter’s crime? Why was he at the detention centre? To get your answers, pick this book and read yourself.

I appreciate author’s imagination in creating a great dystopian world for the readers. The writing style of the author is smooth. Looking forward to read more work from the author.

I love reading stories where the plot is set in high school or college. Getting By is a Young Adult novel by the author Jaire Sims. Story revolves around the high school life and dreams of the main character Carver Goodman. He aspires to become a photographer one day. But in junior year of high school, he needs to focus on ACT, extra curricular activities, his unsure feelings about being gay. He also has to deal with school bully and autism.

Carver is going through many challenges. Which path he gonna walk on ultimately? Read the entire story yourself to enjoy it. Narration of the story is clear and smooth.

I recommend this book to teenagers and adults as well. It is a promising read. Reading about Carver’s life made this book enjoyable for me. Author has constructed the plot with great thought. In his debut novel, he had done surely amazing job. Looking forward to read more books by Jaire Sims.
