There’s No Place Like My Own Home is a story of Alyssa who is a new student at Lee Ponder Middle School. When Alyssa and her mom lost their home, they were forced to relocate. Now they are homeless but they are not hopeless. In the school bus Alyssa made a new friend Onika. She didn’t want her new friend to know the secret that she is homeless. When School was raising donations in which students have to bring stuffs they want to donate, Marcus the bully teased Alyssa because she brought her old t-shirt to donate.

This is a nicely penned down story that made me much emotional. I could very well understand Alyssa’s feeling to keep about her homelessness a secret. People often don’t understand other’s condition and start making fun of them. Language of the book is simple so kids can read it and learn about kindness, gratitude, positive self image, etc.

The story is about Madigan family that lives at the Madigan mansion in the Garden District in New Orleans. Sarah Madigan’s ancestor was Mary Madigan. Madigan’s are the guardians of the Wand of Wisdom.

The Wand is passed on from mother to eldest daughter since years. Now Sarah has twin daughters Lucy and Tara. Although Lucy is few mins older but Wand was passed to Tara. When Lucy was angry at this decision, Sarah banished her from family and their ancestoral property.

Tara Madigan is now in her mid-seventies. Now her children and grandchildren has to stop Lucy and take the dagger from her. Will they be successful in achieving their mission?

It is a nice story with a suitable title. I enjoyed overall storyline and the world building. Readers who are interested in reading witches stories should go ahead with this book. Cover photo could have been more attractive. I liked the twin concept in the story, the point from where all dispute started. This story is worth reading.

Will he get the forgiveness he is seeking out for? Grab a copy of this interesting story to unveil the suspense yourself.

This is such a beautiful story that I enjoyed every bit of it. I loved the way story has ended. Language of the book is simple so even beginners could enjoy it. Cover photo is nice. It’s a great tale of love, loss, forgiveness, guilt, grief, etc. It’s difficult to let go of the past but we should not let it affect our future. If you like reading romance novels then go ahead with this without thinking twice.

When Leyna went to an event to promote a new clothing line along with her book, she was given security by a six feet tall man Axton Spears.

Ax and Leyna fell for each other and started going out together. During an interview, Leyna revealed that her celebrity crush is Lando Lovett, an international popstar. When Lando read her article, he tweeted her “Just saw your article, love. Just know I’m waiting for your boyfriend to mess up.” Grab a copy of this book and read the story to know what happens further in the life of Leyna.

This is an interesting story that I enjoyed a lot. Leyna is penned down well as a budding author, philanthropist, etc. Cover photo of the book is relevant. Narration is smooth and clear. Writing style of Megan is nice and I liked the way the story ended. It’s a page turner story that readers won’t feel like putting down.

Please be advised that the book contains mature content, so I like to recommend it to adult readers.

When Liam started working as a laborer at Rosanna Conte’s vineyard, he immediately got intrigued by his beautiful boss. Liam constantly keep on giving her so much attention that he was even teased by his co-worker and his Romanian roommate Luca. Grab a copy of this book and get to know yourself how far their story will go. Liam’s father has given him advice to offer extra help to his female boss so he could be a business partner with her.

This is a nice story that hooked me right from the first page. It is the first time I guess I have read a story set in the vineyards. Cover photo is nice. Language of the book is lucid. Narration style of the author is smooth and remarkable. Story has multiple narrations. It is a kinda book that one could finish in one go. I like to recommend it to readers of romance genre.

Sea of Forgetfulness is the third book in the Father of Contention series by Lanie Mores. Fiery, bull-headed, attention-seeking, selfish Ronnie is in labour pain. Ang and Anthony are there to support her. Ronnie is at The Thunder Bay District Hospital where the family is worried whether the baby will be normal or not. Baby girl was delivered through operation and was perfectly healthy and beautiful.

When Ang asked Ronnie what gonna be the baby’s name, Ronnie made it clear that she has nothing to do with her. Ang and Anthony became the guardian of the baby Daniela. Dani as she grew up realized that she has some supernatural powers. She also found out about her biological parents. Ang didn’t want to discuss about Tomas and Renner with Dani as it can affect her negatively.

There is nothing that I disliked about this book. Pace of the story is fine and the story is written nicely. Lanie is very creative in the way she has described each and every character. Ang is one of my favorite from the beginning of the series. The twists in the story made it more interesting and I binge read it on weekend. I am so impressed with Lanie’s writing that I will be interested to read more of her work in the future.

Deborah is a go-to expert on the subject of depression and this book is written from her own experience. It is a perfect guide for parents and caregivers. Author was herself a depressed child so she has very well connected the readers to this book.

This book will introduce parents to different topics like understanding child development, child depression, etc.

Childhood Depression is known as Pediatric Depression. Various warning signs and tips mentioned in this book will help parents or caregivers to understand child depression in early stages. Cover photo of the book is nice. Title of the story is relevant. It’s a book with vast knowledge on depression. Parents will find this book worth their time and should have this in their bookshelf so they can quickly refer it in times of need.

I must say that Deborah has wide knowledge on the subject of depression. I am impressed with the vast info she has shared with her readers in her books based on depression.

Mercenaries of Destiny is a great fantasy story written by the author Daniel Cano. Darvell Letholdus is a mercenary. He received a letter from the Visionaries (an organization of peacekeepers) to meet them. When Darvell reached at the meeting place, he was given a mission to overthrow Emperor Zlo from his throne. Zlo wears an enchanted ring that keeps him alive. Darvell was given a liquid by the visionary. When he was on his way and he opened the flask to drink the liquid, he saw a ghostly man who was his father Marius.

When Zlo discovered that he could be killed by brass wings dragon, he started to killed all full-blooded dragons but Zlo was unaware that half-dragons are also dangerous for him. Darvell was born with two bumps on his back that are his wings. He wants to take revenge from Zlo who is the murderer of his father. What challenges lies in this mission of Darvell?

This is a wonderful story involving a part-dragon. Daniel has build a great world in this fantasy novel. I really appreciate his vivid imagination. Cover photo of the book is nice and the title is suitable. This is a great story that has the power to hook the readers from the first page. Although story is bit lengthy but it is worth reading. If you are looking for a good fantasy story, then go ahead with this one.

The Battle For Trimera is the first book in The Ruling Priestess series written by the author Tanya S. M. Kennedy. This is a story involving fascinating creatures grinlo. They are the strange creatures with low intelligence but incredible strength. A man named Neram had taken control of a grinlo.

Story started with Pria’s parents death. Her brother Janu who is fourteen years old is a heir and Pria was declared High Priestess (a person of great magical talent born to rule) when she was born. Janu’s friend Mian is always there for Pria. He could even die for her if he has to. High Priestess Lana is stressing so Pria could be sent to Lorien to learn her power. Follow the story as Pria go to Lorien for the training. Also, the romance between Mian and Pria made the story more intense.

Pria is a strong female character. If you are interested in reading fantasy stories involving battles then go ahead with this one without thinking twice. Cover photo of the book is so eye catchy that it deserves +1 for it. Story is quite lengthy so it took time to finish but it is totally worth. I really enjoyed the world building. A promising story for fantasy readers.

Hiddiger wakes from a familiar dream in an unfamiliar bed. He is a gay pilot who was chosen by the New Covenant for a mission. Amero and another homosexual guy Hann was forcefully sent to another star. Amero was born with a gift. His talent as a pilot and his instincts are better than anything else.

Even though, New Covenant people don’t like Amero because of his homosexuality that is considered as an abomination, still because of Amero’s talents he get first priority at work. This is a dangerous mission with the risk of death and a catch in the mission. It’s unknown if Seraphim (the craft) has the power to travel faster than light. Will Amero and Hann reach the Tau Ceti system?

This is an intriguing Sci-fi story with great world building. Language of the book is lucid. Cover photo is nice. It’s a fast paced story that has the power to capture reader’s attention right from the first page. World building is intense. Story involves frequent mention of God. The new rules created by the New Covenant are not favourable for all, especially not homosexuals.

If you are an avid Sci-fi reader, pick this book to enjoy the journey across time and space.
