“Forbidden: A Short Erotic Tale” written by the author Veronica Hunt Owen is an intriguing read. The main character of the story is a young, attractive black woman named Candice Brooks. She lives in Atlanta. Even after having her share of blind dates and casual hook ups, Candice feels that something is still missing.
A guy named Bret had been keeping his eyes on Candice for some time. He took her to his home and tied her on the bed with tape on her mouth. When Candice woke up, Bret told her that he doesn’t have any intention to harm her. He is attracted to her and even Candice finds herself attracted to him. She wanted to escape from the place where Bret kept her but she also doesn’t want to give up on the way she felt with Bret.
This is an amazing story that kept me on the edge of my seat. The writing style of the author is amazing. The narration is smooth. The characters of Candice and Bret are well written. The title of the book is suitable. Those who love reading short erotic tales should get their hands on this book. I had a great time reading this book.
