The Still Small Voice is a mystery novel about family secrets and a woman’s quest for redemption. The main character of the story is Madison Moore. Her past memories involve both sweet and sorrowful memories of her home. Madison left home years ago and she swore that she would never return home. However, her dying father requested her to come home.
Madison is in Utah now and her father told her about the girl Sara who died after falling off the cliff. This happened forty years ago. The shocking news that her father gave her was that Amelia Johnson, who was convicted of Sara’s murder was innocent. Madison started to find out the truth and she hoped that her father was just a witness and not a perpetuator.
Those who love reading stories with twists should definitely get their hands on this book. I enjoyed every bit of this book. It kept me on the edge of my seat. The writing style of the author is nice. This is a gripping story and you won’t put it down without finishing it. I am definitely interested in reading more books by the author in the future.
