🚀 𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰:
Recently I was promoted to a Team Lead in my project. I must say that because of my lack of leadership skills, I struggled a lot initially. Recently I got my hands on the book ‘Don’t Bee a Prick’ written by Brian Parsons.

Brian has mentioned that the leader should have a vision and before assigning tasks to the team members, the leader should invest in learning more about his team. Brian has said the truth that as a leader you may make mistakes also but that’s totally okay.

This is a great book on leadership that I have read. I have learned many tips from this book and they would help me. Loved the illustrations and the poems in this book. It is a short read but it will help you a lot. This book is for new leaders as well as experienced ones. Looking forward to reading more books by Brian.
