Nest of Stars is a poetry book penned by the author Nicole Verrone. This book is a collection of more than forty poems based on various topics like friend, gravity, hunger, labor, still life, ride home, etc.
Scent is my favorite poem from the collection. In this poem, the partner inhales the scent that is exhaled by the loved one. Nicole has very well expressed the emotions in these poems.
Every poem has a title. I was able to relate to most of the poems. The writing style of the author is amazing. Even if you aren’t an avid poetry reader, you would be able to understand the meaning behind each poem.
I enjoyed these poems with a cup of coffee while sitting on my front porch. The title of the book is something I loved. Poetry fans should go for it. You would be delighted to read this book.
