Recently I read an adventurous story “Strange Trips and Weird Adventures” penned by the author John Walker Pattison. Main characters of the story are a twelve years old boy Daniel and his sixty-four years young Grandpa whom Daniel warmly calls Papa. Daniel knows his Papa has so much knowledge and he has heard many brave stories about his Papa’s adventures.
Daniel’s Papa told him that once he went to the moon and brought cheese for his grandma. To show Daniel that the moon is made of cheese, Daniel and his Papa made a rocket using which they made a safe landing on the moon and had a great adventure there.
This book has four adventurous stories that little readers are gonna love. Grandkids’ bond with Grandparents is mostly special. I enjoyed reading this story to my little nephew. Plot of the stories are interesting and the cover photo of the book is nice. John had done a wonderful job in this book. I appreciate his amazing storytelling skills. I am interested to read more of his work in the future.
