1) In managing self, author has discussed about Emotional Intelligence, Self Care, self awareness, etc. Self awareness comes when we get feedback from trusted people and we evaluate ourselves. I am glad to know about 5 P’s motto.
2) In Managing Others, we need to build trust, relationships, give and receive feedback.
3) In Managing System & Processes, author has discussed about building high performance team, conducting great meetings, etc.

I loved the above quote and I totally agree with this. This book is well penned by the author based on her own experiences. Even though, I will be reaching to managerial role in few years but this book has given me great guidance in advance and I will practice the knowledge shared in this book in different areas. Presentation of this book is amazing. Cover is well designed. Self Reflection Exercises will be helpful for readers to become more aware of themselves. I like to strongly recommend this book to aspiring supervisors and managers.
