Through My Eyes is the second book penned down by the author Karmin Walker. We all are aware of domestic violence. Some of us have seen it, be a part of it or have listened to a story of a victim of domestic violence.
Through My Eyes is the story of the author herself. Not everyone has the guts to come forward to share their story, so I want to say hats off to Karmin for sharing her story with the readers. This book is an eye opener. In this, one will get to know what could happen in a domestic violence.
This book will motivate the victims to get out of domestic violence, get some help and move on. It inspire us to survive and fight. This book kept me on the edge as I was curious to read more and more. Author’s narration is so strong. It felt like I am listening to her story by standing in front of her.
It’s high time for victims of domestic violence to stop being a victim. If you are comfortable reading about a dark topic then you shouldn’t miss to read this book.
