“River Class: A True Story Of The Reckless American Youth” is a memoir written by the author Craig Leibfreid. In this book, author has shared about his journey. When he was in high school, he had done many parties. Alcohol, drugs, girls, music, etc is all that matters. He had first Warren-Haynes experience after graduating from high school.
Craig was close to a girl Natalie since junior high. They went on a vacation to Great Britain along with some other friends. He spent a great time with Natalie in England. They even went to London. As Craig returned from Great Britain, he went to camp with Lehs. There, they were almost hit by mortar fire but were luckily saved. Later, when Craig joined college, his relationship with Natalie ended as she moved away while Craig lived at home with his family in Johnstown. Grab a copy of this book to know about more experiences of an American young boy.
Language of the book is simple and easy to understand. Narration is smooth. Writing style of Craig is nice but a book needs little formatting. Cover art by Jeremy Stump could have been better to make the book eye catchy in the first look. I like to recommend this book to high school students or those who are in college. They could definitely relate to 1 or more experiences of the author.
