Manu is the debut book of the author Darshan Desale. Protagonist of the story is a young boy Manu. One day, a strange figure pretended to be his father and told him that secret which he couldn’t reveal to anyone. Later, when Manu was in his room, two creatures with feathers came to his room. One of them was a cursed one from the Mahabharata. It’s name was Ashwatthama. Ashwatthama invited Manu to come to the ancient city Shambhala. As Manu is curious to discover the truth, he went to Shambhala. What he will witness there?
This is a mythological fiction written in a lucid language. Cover photo of the book is nice. There are minor mistakes in the book and therefore it needs proper editing. The character of Manu is well written and I really enjoyed this novel. Apart from Hemlet and Ashwatthama Manu will meet other characters too. Find out more about them by reading this novel yourself.
It was an insightful read that enhanced my knowledge. I like to recommend it to my fellow readers.
