A Warrior Moon is the first book that I have read written by T M Rowe. It is the fourth book in The Adventures of Sarah Tremayne. Sarah is a part of secretive sisterhood called the Mhyres-an-Loor. She received an amulet from Brenda, an amulet that is passed from mother to daughter and at that point the daughter is sent to the island for training. Mothers after handing over the amulets retire and are referred as Grandmothers. The whole island is overseen by a council of Elder Grandmothers.
When Sarah went to Roman Britain, she fell in love. Falling in love is against the rules for Mhyres-an-Loor. The young Belator son of Catonius is on the Island that is out of time. Sarah now knows that Bel is alive and on the island. There is no way to get on or off the island. Sarah sets out on a journey to find Bel. Will Sarah be able to figure out a way to reach to him?
This is a unique story. World building is interesting with strong description. I was feeling like I am with Sarah on her adventures. Writing style of the author is nice. Cover photo is well designed and the title of the book is suitable. Story has a fast pace so I wasn’t bored anytime while reading it. It’s a good story that I like to recommend to my fellow readers.
