The Compass and the Clairvoyant is the second book in The Midnight Metropolis Series by the author Anna Jones. In part 2, we read about the adventures of Aria Fortune and Caiden Winters. Aria has a compass that can teleport her wherever she asks.
She has to set Caiden free from the prison so she is trying to fool the officers. She took the key to set Caiden free but was being watched by the police officer. Using her compass she quickly teleported herself into her bedroom. Will Aria be able to set Caiden free? Will they be able to save the world?
This is an exciting story. I love the idea of teleporting using a compass. It felt like I am watching some movie. Narrative is so strong that this story gonna stay in my head longer. I enjoyed every bit of this one. This is a promising book to read. You can pick it without thinking twice. Such a fantastic story!!
