I always love short stories as they can be read anytime. I read short stories on my way to office as it is of 2 hours. Recently I picked this short story book Marigold the Golden Memories by the author Manali Debroy.
This book has total eighteen short stories. These stories are written from author’s own personal experiences. Each short story is limited to 4-6 pages and has well developed characters. The plot is also amazing. I could connect well to story Knock at 1 am. The writing style of the author is flawless.
These short stories have left an impact on me. Narration is smooth and clear. All the short stories are amazing and it was difficult for me to pick any one as my favourite. This is an easy breezy read and I was able to finish it in one sitting. I recommend it to short story lovers and those who are beginners can also understand it easily.
