Happy Harper Thursdays is a Children’s Book written by the author Fern Schumer Chapman and illustrated by Phoebe Chandler Turner. This is a picture book that will help little kids to understand why they can’t see their relatives or loved ones at the time of pandemic.

This is a story of grandmother and grand daughter who used to spend every fifth day of the week together. Since the pandemic has spread, grandmother and grand daughter can’t step out of their houses and therefore they can’t meet and hug each other.

This is a wonderful book that will give kids an idea about the virus and it will tell them to stay at home to be safe. When the virus will go away they can surely meet their loved ones and have fun with them. The story is written and narrated well. Pictures will help kids to get a more clear idea of the situation. A feeling of grandmother and grand daughter has been expressed nicely by the author. Overall I loved this book and recommend parents to make their kids read this one.
