Crying, Learning and Laughing: Why Students Visit The Teen Centre is a non fiction book written by the author Tamika M Murray. Nowadays teenagers faces so many problems like peer pressure, intimate relationships, absentee parents, etc so there is a need to guide them properly.

This book will give you idea about the School Based Youth Service Programs or Teen Centers. These Teen Centers are the services provided in an elementary, middle or high school. These services could include trips, tutoring, volunteer opportunities, individual counseling, etc.

This book basically deals around the life of a teenager. It makes them aware on topics like child abuse, pregnancy prevention, etc. It also has some thought provoking discussion questions at the end of each chapter.

The book is written well and is an amazing guide for teenagers. With twelve chapters in total, it was a short and quick read for me but definitely worth my time. It took me down the memory lane to my teen years. I recommend teenagers to go through this book and be more aware on the general issues faced by most students and how to prevent/tackle them.
