The stages which describe nine stages from sleep to nicotine are very insightful. In this book, the author has shared various tools using which we can live a healthier life. I overworked in the office to prove myself. After reading this book, I realized how bad I am treating my body by having a burnout at work. The author guides the readers to use the heart rate monitor so they can find optimal stress balance.

Those who want to live longer should get their hands on this book. The author has written this book nicely. The cover photo is nice. The writing style of the author is amazing. This book is informative and a life changing read. I loved every bit of this book and I am glad to get my hands on it.
