Between the ages of 7 and 38, Mike continually struggled with palpitations. In 2004, for the first time in his life, he felt as if his heart was stable. He was able to take more challenging tasks, deal with stress and anxiety, etc.

In 2013, Mike had a different palpitation to SVT episodes. He saw a cardiologist in 2014, with dietary changes and exercise, he was successful in reducing the frequency of the attacks. In May 2017, when Mike’s anxiety flared up, things changed. He visited Doctor Andrews who told him about his mental resilience and psychological vulnerability. Read this story to know how Mike found physical, emotional and mental stability. It was interesting to know the opportunity created by Mike’s dog Coco that gave him the lift he needed.
