5 Minutes by the author Vrinda Singh is a short journey of an independent, adventurous and responsible girl. Pooja is a girl who is not only beautiful but has a strong mind. She can make anyone fall in love with her in just few seconds. Coming to her parents, her father is really strict. He keeps on teaching lessons about life to Pooja in 5 minutes. But, her mother adores her a lot. As a concerned mother of a girl, Pooja’s Mom often asks her about the kind of guy she wants as her life partner. But Pooja has some other plans. She fell in love with an elderly guy. This guy is not just 4-5 years elder to Pooja. He is 18 years elder to her.
So, it is definitely tough for Pooja to get her love accepted by her family and this Indian Society who still has old beliefs. Will Pooja be able to convince her parents? The language of the book is lucid. So, it was easy to understand. The writing style of the author is much impressive. The flow of the story is great. The cover and the title of the book is well related to the story. I recommend you to buy this book especially if you are a fiction lover. This book has made a strong impact on me. Great book.
