The Profile Picture written by the author Chrissy Ward is an interesting story. The main character of the story is Maria in her mid-fifties. She has been running her baking business. One day, Maria received friend requests from her very old friends Lisa and Karen. Maria accepted their request.

When the three of them met, Lisa asked Maria about Andy, a man who has broken her heart. Maria has buried all the pain from the breakup deep down in her heart and she didn’t want to discuss Andy. What will happen when Lisa informs Maria that Andy is her husband Tim’s business partner? Will Maria and Tim come face to face?

This is a very gripping story that kept me on the edge of my seat. The cover photo is eye-catching and the title is suitable. The writing style of the author is impressive and I enjoyed this book a lot. The author has done great work as a debut author. Those who are looking for something for light reading should get their hands on this one. It’s a great read!

Queen of the High Seas written by the author Shanna Robillard is a fantasy novel. The story features a sixteen-year-old Printesa Cailean who was hexed with a sleeping curse along with her tovoras. According to the curse, the Printesa will remain forever asleep unless someone gives her true love’s kiss.

Printesa Cailean was sure that her true love lay across the ocean. She wanted to be with someone who knew what real adventure was. Especially for Printesa, it would be someone who could best her in combat.

After losing his parents and home, Merrick became an orphan. His own sister disowned him. He grew up to be the Pirate King. Read this story to know what will happen when Printesa meets Merrick.

It’s a unique story and I enjoyed reading it. The storyline is interesting and the characters are written well. The backdrop setting is impressive. The font size is too small and should have been a bit larger. If you are interested in reading books based on pirate life then get your hands on this one.

An Educational Journey written by the author Raphael Wilkins is a travel memoir. The author has worked as a geography teacher initially and International travel wasn’t a part of his life but later planning and execution of trips became so common in Raphael’s life that he went on 49 international journeys.

When Raphael got the opportunity to travel to far-flung places, he took them. The author undertook 18 journeys between the autumn of 2010 and the summer of 2012. During this time, the author covered some new places in India, Pakistan, Mexico, etc.

In this travel guide, Raphael has shared his experiences in detail. The author came across people of different ethnicities, he enjoyed various spectacular sceneries during his journeys. The new places and the new experiences tell readers about the importance of broadening horizons.

After reading this educational travel guide, I am excited and motivated to experience some new places. The writing style of the author is nice. The title of the book is appropriate. I appreciate the various educational projects which Raphael has worked on. He especially inspires us to say yes to the opportunities that we get in life. It’s a great book to read. I like to recommend it to my fellow readers. An insightful read!

Through this book, the author guides you in understanding how our world works so we can live a better life. Scott has discussed various topics in this book. Eg: human nature, relationships, the meaning of life, etc. The author has shared his experiences with the readers in this book.

A Meaningful Life and “I Love You”: Is Code are my favorite essays from the book. After reading these essays, I am inspired to create a positive impact in other people’s lives. Also, I am inspired to take the time to tell my loved ones what I love about them.

It’s a thought provoking read. Every chapter ends with a question that will make you more self-aware. Go ahead with this book without any second thoughts. If you are looking for a meaning in your life, then this book could help in finding it. It’s a well written book that could make a positive difference in your life and relationships.

Recently I got my hands on a historical fiction “Madame Pommery: Creator of Brut Champagne” written by a champagne geek/author Rebecca Rosenberg. The protagonist of the story is Madame Pommery. After the death of her spouse, Madame Pommery decided to make a living by making champagne. She didn’t have any prior knowledge about it.

Madame Pommery was turned down when she wanted to learn about making champagne from champagne manufacturers. However, she started her journey. The book takes the readers during the time of Franco-Prussian war when the champagne industry was dominated by male. The historical details that the author has shared in this book are amazing.

The twists and turns in the story will keep you hooked till the last page. I binge read this book and had a great time reading it. The storyline is interesting and the backdrop historical setting is impressive. I appreciate the resilience of Madame Pommery. She is truly an inspiration for others. Go ahead with this book without any second thoughts. Looking forward to reading more books by the author in the near future.

Recently I got my hands on the novel Sordea written by the author Tiara Dias. It is the first installment in the Great City IX series. The main character of the story is Cassiopeia Malahki.

The story is set in the future in the year 2210. A society is divided into two parts. Those who live in the sectors outside the wall are Sordeos and those who live in the Great City are the Dignus. As Cassiopeia turned eighteen, she was forced away from her home and taken to Great City IX along with other girls who also turned eighteen.

Clio Estevan told the girls that they would be first prepared for life inside the city. There are a total of 4 phases of training and preparation. Thalia Estevan is a Godmother at Domus. Read the story to know what injustice, abuse, humiliation Cassi would have to face in the world of the rich.

This is a gripping and unique book. The story caught my attention from the first page itself. The description is written so well that I felt as if I was watching everything happening with my own eyes. I enjoyed this story and I am definitely interested in reviewing more books by the author in the future.

Those who love reading romcom stories should get their hands on Annika Champenois’ book “A Cocky Catch”. The main character of the story is Surrey Witherfield. She wants to find her happily ever-after. She is a twenty-two-year-old BYU student. All the men Surrey has dated earlier found their dream women and married them.

Surrey once became a victim of a hidden camera prank done by Croft Taylor and his friends. Surrey thought that she had killed someone but when she found out that it was a prank, she was angry at Croft. Croft wanted to go on a date with her.

To get rid of Croft, Surrey thought that if she would date him, he would find his dream girl and would marry her. Read the story to find out about the more hidden cameras.

Annika has written interesting characters. The dialogues are witty and the author has created a romantic world that will keep you hooked to this book till the end. The cover photo of the book is lovely. I strongly recommend this book to romance lovers.

Satyromaniac written by the author R.J. Covington is a love story based on true events. Before reading this book, I wasn’t aware of the term satyromaniac. It means a man with excessive sexual desire.

This is the story of a man who had a great life. He was married for a decade and had three beautiful children with his wife. He successfully ran his business for 3 years and the company beat the targeted objective. He closed his business after telling his partners about it.

The protagonist’s world turned upside down when he found that his wife was cheating on him. She was involved with a man named Richard. Read this story to find out how the protagonist’s journey changed the path. From a successful entrepreneur, a family man he entered the world of sex clubs.

Through this book, the author wants to educate readers on the world of sex clubs, whorehouses, massage parlors, etc. The writing style of the author is nice. The author has introduced me to a whole new world through this book. It’s an insightful book. It is an engaging read.

Those who love reading erotic novels should get their hands on this one. Because of the mature content, this book is only for adult readers.

The Rock at the Bottom written by the author Cynthia Hilston is the third book in the ‘Lorna & Tristan’ book series. The main character of the story is Stephen Richardson. His father reminded him every now and then that he is a killer as his mother died while giving birth to him.

As Stephen learnt to read, he started losing himself in the books. Stephen wasn’t loved by his siblings as well. He didn’t have anyone by his side. Stephen’s father’s hatred inspired him to imagine a life that is better than the hellhole he lives in. After graduating from high school, Stephen moved out as per his plan so he could rent an apartment with his buddy Ben. Soon both of them had a job.

Stephen’s encounter with Anna Julie made the story more interesting. Stephen was a ‘I don’t date’ kinda personality but when he met Julie, they started dating and then got married. Will Stephen be able to convey his love to Julie and keep her in his life?

Read this story to know what happens next. The writing style of the author is easy to follow. The cover photo is nice. The story is well paced and I wasn’t bored anytime while reading it. I really loved Stephen’s character from the story. This story teaches us a few important lessons. Go ahead with it without any second thoughts.

One day when Nathan was on a business trip, he sent a message to his wife but the message was for someone else. Lexi’s life turned upside down after reading that text. When Lexi was away to clear her head, she met Conrad, a workaholic businessman. Will she get back to Nathan or move forward in life with Conrad?

I loved the chemistry between Lexi and Conrad. The writing style of the author is nice and the cover photo is eye-catching. This book inspires the readers to pay attention to their health and well being. Those who love reading romantic stories along with well being books should get their hands on this one. It is according to my reading taste and I enjoyed every bit of this book. Go for it. You won’t regret reading it.
