“Depression in Later Life: An Essential Guide” by Deborah Serani is a self-help book. Depression is a mental disorder that is common among people of all ages. Earlier people used to associate depression with old people but nowadays we can observe even teenagers suffering from it. Author who herself had suffered from double depression has shared many useful tips in this book.

This book contains the definition of depression and its symptoms. To diagnose the depression, an appointment with health professional is needed. After consulting physician, a person in depression has to be evaluated by a mental health professional. This book includes the traditional treatments and holistic approaches for depression in later life. There are various case studies discussed in this book.

Please be advised that this book contains sensitive content including depression, attempt to suicide, etc. It is a detailed book written on depression. Author has shared wide knowledge in this book from her own experience. Cover photo is quite simple. Title is appropriate. Writing style of Deborah is nice and this is the second book by the author that I have read on depression.

Rescuing Samantha is a novel by Heidi M Thomas. Protagonist of the story is Samantha Moser. She left the city life to return to her roots in Montana. Her Great-Grandma Nettie and Grandpa Jake lived there. The real estate agent Teresa Knudson showed a ranch to Sam for lease/buy. Sam has a rescued Thoroughbred mare and she want to start a breeding ranch.

Sam’s fiance Kenny is a building contractor. Jack’s property looked amazing but it need a lot of fixing. Sam dreamt about fixing the property with Kenny and living there together. When Sam and Kenny was driving back to home, they got stuck in a snow. This frustrated Kenny. He thought that Sam’s dreams are too big and he couldn’t be a part of it. When Kenny left, will Sam be able to do everything on her own?

The story is intriguing. The descriptions of Montana winter and snow covered areas is something I love. If you enjoy cowboy and cowgirl stories then this one would be a perfect pick. Plot of the story is unique and I was enthralled to read it. I am looking forward to read more work of Heidi.

This book gonna motivate the coming generation of Dionysian Pagans with beautiful quotes, poetry, Adages, etc. It is more suitable to those who are from Dionysian Pagans community and are interested in it. Cover of the book is nice with a suitable title. Reading this book was a unique experience for me.

The Line of Scrimmage is a novel by Q Adams. Story revolves around two professional football players JJ and Chase. Jamal Jones aka JJ is a lineman who graduated from the University of North Texas. JJ is a good father. His wife Tiffany is a loving and caring wife. JJ who is living his multi-million dollar dream is very kind and has helped many families through charity.

Another player Chase Graham came from the farmlands of Flower Mound. Chase love his mother but he love his father more. He is a rookie quarterback. When Chase was 7 years old, his father married a woman named Kristen. Even though Chase wanted to get his father’s time more but due to Greg’s new family, Chase accepted the fact that things can’t be the way he expects them to be.

When JJ and Chase met, they got into the discussion about police brutality, killing of black and brown people. Read this story to know about The Owls performance, JJ and Chase’s discussion about racism, their personal lives, etc. Language of the book is simple. Cover photo is nice and almost showing everything covered by the story. This book is worth reading and I binge read it. I really like JJ.

This book has mention about racial hatred oftenly. Even though racism is reducing but still it is not ended. It’s high time to treat everyone as equal and put an end to racism.

Now, she is a big girl all set to go to High School. What Shanice gonna do? Read this short novella of 44 pages and I am sure that you gonna enjoy it.

Language of this novella is simple and easy to understand. Cover photo is nice. This book teaches the power of positive affirmation to readers. Plot of the story is nice. If you are looking for a short read then go ahead with this one.

I like to recommend it to both teenagers and adults.

Taking risks in life is very important to change it for the better. This book also guides us to deal with anger and frustration. Author has mentioned various quotes by famous personalities in this book. Below quote is one of my favorite from the book:

I like to strongly recommend this book to those who want to live their best life in reality and not just for showing off on social media. This book will provide the needed wisdom for it. Her servant Glenna is her best friend. Arrov is an ideal image of his home planet A’ice. He is the only person in the rebellion who doesn’t judge Lilla. This book has much more in store for the readers. Lilla has to stop the corruption and defeat the ArchGod of Chaos and Destruction.

This is a great fantasy story. World building is interesting. Written in a simple language, fantasy readers gonna enjoy each and every page of this novel. Cover photo is quite eye catchy. Lilla is a strong female protagonist. Even though there are many characters in the story but author has executed everything so well.

Who doesn’t love fairy tails ? What about a fairy tail with a twist. I was so much fascinated after reading this amazing book SEARLUS AND THE SAILOR by Mordelle. Are you all a fan of beauty and the beast? If yes than you all should definitely not miss to read this one.

The story revolves around the two main characters Belle and Searlus . Searlus is a beast king of a kingdom , no one really knows how there king’s look like though! One fine day when Belle reached the castle she never would have thought of that her life gonna change soon. The circumstances leading to her arrival at the castle unfold in a similar manner, but on this arrival , she was informed that she is a mistress and he will obey her. What happens next will definitely be making you all mesmerized . Their moments of love was something that I really enjoyed reading.

One can learn from this story is that person’s beauty comes from a heart in love and when Searlus realizes the inner beauty of the beast and the feelings it has the outer appearance means nothing to her anymore. This story is about true love . In real life , not only fairy tales , every person we consider to be a soulmate is a beautiful king or Queen. The author has taken immense care in the description and portrayal of the characters which made the plot realistic. I’ll definitely recommend all to read this one.

What happens in our past and how we are treated by someone always comes in our ways in present. After reading the two books in the unforgettable series I completely digged into the lives of these friends who are in complete love with each other. With every read my love for the characters has increased.
This part tells us the story of Jason and Sara. It was really amazing to witness ,how both of them met unexpectedly one day and since both of them even didn’t shared their numbers after their first meet they wouldn’t have thought that they’ll ever meet again! But as we all know we can’t win over destiny. Sara met Jason again at Bree and Christian’s engagement and came to knoe thar Jason is Christian’s brother , and then started their amazing journey. The story taked us to the past family problems of Sara which still haunts Sara in her dreams. I loved how Jason supported Sara in helping her deal with all the problems they had. You’ll definitely what comes for you in the end.
I’m sure by this time of the series you’ll definitely get in live with all the main characters, even I am excited for the next one in the series. If you are a Romantic book lover you’ll definitely be loving this one. One would definitely get to learn alot too from this series, like how support and trust is important in love.
