Pick this amazing book with bright and colorful illustrations. This story of Winston was a fun read for me. I enjoyed it to the most and I am sure that kids will also enjoy it. Written in a simple language for kids, this book will impress them.

Lainey Cash is the first book that I have read by the author Clare Cinnamon. It is the first book in the triology. The story starts with the introduction of Jed McCrae, a guy in his late twenties who loves owning land and watching things to grow. He also loves travel and women. Another character of importance is Cabot Harley, son of hometown banker and the most eligible bachelor of Mallard.

Delaina Cash is the daughter of Tory Cash, the largest landowner in Mallard. Jed and Delaina’s family were in rivalry and have hated each other for few decades. Tory Cash had his ancestor’s land and he want to keep it alive. Jed’s father James worked as a laborer at Tory’s land. When Tory was unable to make all of loans payment, James bought some acreage and after marriage he acquired more. Story became interesting when Delaine lost her father and she has to handle Cash Way. Everyone thinks that Delaine and Cabot Harley will marry soon but with her father dead, Delaine had to seek help from Jed again and again. Will they fall in love?

This is a well thought story. The plot is gripping. This story about the love of land and taking care of it was a unique read for me and I enjoyed every bit of this story. Narration is smooth and clear. Characters are well developed and introduced. I am looking forward to read second book in the series.

If you love reading stories about the love for land, romance, rivalry, greed then this book would be a perfect pick by you.

The Day of First Sun by Sheryl Steines is the first edition in the series filled with adventure, drama and action. The first thing I really enjoyed about this book is the beginning: we get to meet the two main characters: Annie and Cham. Years since, they’re the closest friends you can ever imagine. They both are free spirits, both of them don’t only love challenges, they’re both hunting for them. They don’t hesitate to tell their point of view and this is the reason they are best friends.

Years later and as the plot takes place, Annie and Cham are partners of the Wizard’s Guard which is a sort of supernatural police. Princess Amelie of Amborix, a  princess from the neighbouring country of the United States, was killed by sorcery, Annie and Cham were expected to figure out what had happened. However, ofcourse there’s a lot more to this crime than what it appears to be in the first place. Not only the magical boyfriend of Princess Amelie seems to be engaged in this scenario but also one or more vampires, a dark wizard and an army of zombie.

The plot of the novel is quite well developed. I loved exploring this new universe and was not able to put the book down too early. I liked how the storyline of Annie’s and Cham ‘s relationship with each other is implied just every now and then, but does not take over the main plot of the novel. I have been fan of books where vampires depicted as good too and I really enjoy those storys. But it was very interesting and delightful to take a look at their violent side too.

1. Please introduce yourself so that the readers will get to know you better.

I was a tenured professor who took the leap of faith to follow my entrepreneurial dream. Now, I am the CEO of Inspiring Lives International, the Executive Director of the Global Sisterhood, the Editor in Chief of Inspiring Lives Magazine, a keynote speaker, and the author of 13 books such as Ball Gowns to Yoga Pants.

2. How do you think being a writer has helped you as a person?

Writing is a terrific outlet for me. When there is something that is on my heart to write, there is nothing that will stop me from getting to the goal of publishing! Being a writer has expanded my knowledge through research/interviews and has helped me to reflect on my own journey.

3. What do you hope your readers take away from your book “Ball Gowns to Yoga Pants”?

I hope that my readers come away from Ball Gowns to Yoga Pants with and action plan for creating their dream business and brand; also, that they take massive steps towards their goals!

4. What do you like to do when you’re not writing?

I love doing fun things with my kids and working out. I also adore singing, dancing, and acting and I have been able to raise a great deal of money for important charities by performing at gala fundraisers!

5. How long did it take you to write your book?

Ball Gowns to Yoga Pants took about a year and a half to write. I have written books that took 6 months and one that was a Pearson college textbook that took 3 years.

6. What is your favorite Quote?

7. What are you working on next? Are you planning to release another book soon?

I am really focused on my VIP 1:1 clients for my EmpowerU Master Class. I love to work to coach and guide women entrepreneurs towards their destiny of obtaining inspiration, empowerment, balance, and abundance in their life. I will release many more books in the future. Right now though, I am focused on Ball Gowns to Yoga Pants, my company, non-profit, and my family.

8. Any favorite writers that inspired you to write?

Maya Angelou, Jack Canfield, and Gloria Steinem.

9. How do you come up with the title of your book “Ball Gowns to Yoga Pants”?

My daughter noticed that when I was a professor I always wore power suits. Then once I was an entrepreneur, I was always either dressed in ball gowns for charity events or yoga pants running around making deals on my cell phone with my kids beside me!

10. Lastly, do you want to give any advice to someone wanting to write and publish book?

Yes. Extend yourself grace. Everyone writes differently and at different paces. You will develop a unique voice and that is a beautiful thing. Try not to compare yourself to other writers. You are one of a kind and your book will reflect that to your future readers! You can do it!

The Demon in Me is the second novel that I have read written by the author Ashley Tomlinson. This is the story of a twenty seven years old girl Akari Koga Walker who was born in Seattle, Washington. She was murdered by a charming guy and her body was buried in the middle of the woods behind his house.

Now, Akari is dead and angry. She wants revenge from her murderer for herself and for all the women that he had killed before killing Akari. Now Akari is in Hell and even though she is a newbie there, she is given an opportunity to be a soul collector i.e. upper-level demon. The story is so intense that it gripped me.

I must say that Ashley’s novels cover pages are so bold that one gets attracted to read her books. I really liked the cover pages of all her novels. Character development is amazing and narration is easy and clear.

I like to recommend it to fantasy fiction readers.

She is a daughter of Victoria and Edward. Gwen’s relationship with her parents is not that good because they care less for her.

One day, Gwen was feeling strange so she reached out to her mother and got to know that she is under “The Change” as per their culture. Gwen is becoming the vampire and she has to be mentally and physically prepared for it. She needs to learn vampire laws and politics. Mystery man who came to pick Gwen was Wicked. He is 148 years old. The moment he saw Gwen, he got drawn to her strongly. Wicked has come to teleport Gwen to the other end. Read the story yourself to know how far their story will go.

I found the book as interesting with super amazing character development. The storyline is intriguing. It is a must read book buddies if you love to read books based on fantasy.

He is the eldest son of Ryan-John Jeffers and resembles a lot to his father. Rowland’s father died because of cancer but before his death, he told Rowland that there was another woman in his life and he wants Rowland to look after her when he will be gone. Ryan-John has left a trust to this mysterious woman so she can be happy and safe and Rowland has to take care of all of it.

Rowland has lost his mother in a road accident due to drunk driver years before and now is an orphan. After his father’s death, Rowland received one envelope from his father’s secretary. A name Miss Alexia Kingstone was mentioned on the envelope. At his father’s death ceremony, Rowland observed a woman staying longer than the others and it seemed to him that this is the mistress of his father. So, he called Alexia Kingstone to the house for a discussion.

Will Rowland be able to keep up the promise he had done to his father or fate has something else planned? Grab a copy of this book and read the story yourself to unveil the suspense.

The pace of the novel is fast so I didn’t felt bored while reading it. The story is full of action, revenge, politics, sex, etc. The plot of the story is gripping and I couldn’t put this book down before finishing it.

This is the first book that I have read from the author Marieke and I am looking forward to read more work of her.

The story is written well. Title of the book is apt and well related to the contents of the story. The plot of the story is well developed. One can finish reading it in a single sitting. Looking forward to read more work of the author.
