Beautiful Nightmare is a paranormal romance novel written by the author L.C. Son. It is the debut book of the author. Damina Nicaud is a successful art buyer in Washington. She lost her parents at the age of seven and was raised by her aunt Delia and her grandmother. Damina often see a dream of a mystery man who smells of Cinnamon. But in reality she is going to be married to Jackson Nash, a savvy businessman who carries himself well.

One day, Jackson proposed Damina and she said yes to be his wife but one day before her wedding, her heart was broken. Earlier Damina had received a letter from JJ Properties of New Orleans as she was accepted into their apprenticeship program. Storyline is very intense and narration is so smooth. While reading the story, I didn’t feel like it’s the debut work of the author. Writing is so polished and I enjoyed every bit of this story. Cover photo is nice and so is the title. I like to strongly recommend it to my fellow readers.

“I Changed My Mind..It Changed My Life” written by the author Darla Claire is a memoir. When Darla was 10 years old, one incident shook her confidence badly and it became a part of her. She became self-conscious after that incident and started believing that she isn’t good enough. Her this belief went into adulthood as well. I was glad to read how an advice from the book “Rich Dad, Poor Dad” changed her life. Darla’s story was on national television in The Oprah Show. When she was asked few questions, she felt nervous. Even though she was able to answer but she felt she wasn’t good enough as always.

Her negative feeling made her to lost some good opportunities she could have got. When Darla moved to Tampa Bay, Florida things started to change for her. After doing a slow jog around the Tampa Bay shoreline, she started to have two voices. Now, she doesn’t want to live in the in-between and wanted to live an engaged life. Grab a copy of this book to know how Darla changed her life. I am glad to know about the Saboteur-Muse Project.

Darla’s constant thought of feeling “she wasn’t good enough” made me feel connected to this story. I often feel this. Cover photo of this book is nice and title is eye catchy. Writing style of author is nice. This book has the power to inspire readers. I learnt that I should be easy on myself and shouldn’t let myself to be held hostage by self-sabotage. This is such an amazing and inspiring read.

The Meal Deal written by the author Lisa Kiersky Schreiber is a book that will introduce readers to the healthier eating lifestyle. In meal planning, kitchen makeover is one of the important part. Lisa advises us to eat mindfully, balance meals, consume whole foods as soon as possible, etc.

We have to practice meal planning and cooking at home for weeks so it can become our habit. In this book, author has recommended us to add instead of subtracting. Additive way of thinking empowers us. Lisa has suggested to add vegetables, lean protein, healthy fats and whole grain carbs to our diet. This book guides the readers to become a pro in creating their own cookbook and plan weekly meals.

I got my hands on this book at the right time. This book has guided me to plan my meals and now I am all set to shed off the extra weight that I gained since lockdown. Writing style of Lisa is nice. Language is simple so everyone could read this book and enjoy its benefit by implementing the tips in their day to day life. Images included in the book are attractive. Kartik and Tina doesn’t have an intimate relationship but they pretend to be an ideal couple in front of the world. One day, Tina got a call from unknown number and she got to know that her best friend Meghna is in critical condition in a hospital in Canada. From hospital, Tina went to Meghna’s home in Canada so she can tell her mom about her condition.

There she learnt from Meghna’s mom, how Meghna and Neil had a divorce and she moved to Canada with Pari and her. When Tina dialed Ray’s number to find out about Neil (Meghna’s ex-husband), she couldn’t say anything. Her past memories of her love (Ray) took her over. Tina had never loved Kartik with the passion she had for Ray. Grab a copy of this novel and read it to unveil the suspense.

Language used is lucid. Cover photo is eye catchy and title is suitable according to the story. Story seems realistic and is different from the usual romance novels. Narration is smooth and easy to follow. I like author’s writing style and like to recommend this novel to romance lovers.

“Keep It Inside: and Other Weird Tales” written by the author Mark Anthony Smith is a collection of short stories. It is the first book that I have read penned down by the author.

The collection starts with “The Prairie Lures”. When the protagonist joined the Reconnaissance Patrol. Total 6 people set out on a patrol and they only had to report their observations, keeping themselves out of trouble at the same time. 6 lads entered the dark forest but will they be able to return?

In Wood Fooks, two friends went to rent a gaffe near Goadley so they can fish over the weekend. During dark, they saw a shadow dragging a man that seems dead.

In “The Clifftop Terrors, a family went on a holiday. Dave’s wife Holly felt that she has seen something bigger walking between two and four legs.

Language used in the stories is simple. I read this collection at night time, I felt little spooky. The stories are terrifying yet entertaining. “A Face At The Window” and “The Prairie Lures” are my favorite from the collection. I like the way each story ends. Length of the book is 86 pages only so one can read it in a single sitting. If you are a fan of horror genre, you should pick this anthology.

When Dennis entered the house and he was exploring it, he fall through the floor. Soon, he saw three ghosts Brandon, Chris and Jason that started talking to him. They told Dennis to remember 27 Dec, 2018 as it is his death date. He lost his life when he had a little accident on the stairs. Dennis was in denial so he ran away from the abandoned house to get some help.

But Dennis eventually end up in the same abandoned house. He was so confused and had so many questions in his mind. Grab a copy of this novel and find out what gonna happen further.

This is a terrifying yet entertaining read. Storyline is different from usual paranormal stories and has the power to hook the readers. I loved the plot and enjoyed every bit of this story. Length of this book is approx 100 pages so one could read it in single or two sittings. I like to recommend it to readers who love reading paranormal fiction stories.

Ella Sue’s story teaches beautiful lesson to kids. It teaches them to be responsible and helpful as they grow up. Written in a simple language with beautiful illustrations, I enjoyed this story. The book highlights how we get rewarded at the end because of our hard work. Cover photo of the book is nice and title is perfect according to the story.

It is about the time where opportunities and dangers were equal in Bharatavarsha. Reading about the situation in Ujjayini was a great experience.

Key actors and glossary given at the end of the book helped me to understand the book better. Cover photo is eye catchy and language of the book is simple. I am sure author must have done vast research to write this novel. Those who are interested in reading historical fiction should go ahead with this. It’s an insightful read.

I coul very well relate myself mostly to the poem Desire. Author’s writing style is constant. All the poems are aligned in the centre.

In today’s so called modern world, people just follow the pattern that is set in front of them. It’s time for us to not follow the pattern, instead we should focus on becoming more and more self-aware. That is the way only that we can free ourselves and the world from the crisis.

This is an informative spiritual read. Since length of the book is just 40 pages, I was able to finish it in a single sitting. Author has mentioned great thoughts in this book. Cover photo of the book is simple with an easy use of language. Narration is strong and smooth. I like to recommend this book to other readers.
