The Blockbuster Health is a book that will guide readers towards a healthy lifestyle. Written by Dr Sharad Kulkarni, I got my hands on this book when I was thinking about following an ideal lifestyle. This book is written in eight chapters and educate the readers about the proper diet protocol.

The best thing that I loved about this book is the way it is presented in a sorted way. Nutrition table showing Protein, Carbohydrates, fats, vitamin, mineral rich foods gonna be much helpful for quick reference.

“Work on your health and it will work everywhere.”

I love this above quote by Dr Sharad. The Diet Regime mentioned in this book will help the readers. This is a great book for health enthusiasts where readers can get knowledge about the right diet. The content of this book is rich and could change someone’s life positively. The case stories shared in this book are interesting and inspiring to read. Overall, I loved this book and like to strongly recommend it to readers of all genre.

The Blockbuster Health Vol 02 is an insightful book penned down by an ayurveda doctor Sharad Kulkarni. I love reading books to keep myself fit and healthy. This book is divided into six chapters that educate readers about ideal lifestyle, mental and sexual well being, etc. I just started reading this book and the story of Karan inspired me.

Many times I think to get up early in morning and do exercise but after doing it for a day or two, I don’t continue it. Ideal Day Regime, various asanas explained in the book increased my knowledge and opened my eyes to adopt a healthy lifestyle. Learning about the Sleep Cycles and the tips to attain good sleep has helped me.

Written in simple language this book is very inspiring. The tips and the processes mentioned in this book to have a good health are amazing. I am sure that readers will learn many things from this book and by implementing them in their life, they will feel great difference. A great book that I like to strongly recommend to health enthusiasts.

Bloodlaw by Blaise Ramsay is a great paranormal fiction story. I love reading paranormal stories and watching paranormal horror movies, so Bloodlaw suits my taste perfectly. Alastair Maddox is an honest cop and detective who fights corruption. His girlfriend Charlie is a journalist. When Alastair’s help was requested on a case involving Alexandra DeLane, a mysterious, dangerous and seductive woman who is a suspect in three murders, story took pace. DeLane escaped from the police station and Alastair is looking for her. Later, Alastair wakes up as something else. He could feel his emotions as intensified. He couldn’t feel his pulse. What is Alastair now?

This story is a whole package full of horror, action, suspense, etc. If you like to read fast-paced stories then this is a must read. The way Alastair’s condition was described after waking up from his grave was interesting to read. Story is powerful and I am highly impressed with the plot, the writing style of Ramsay. Cover photo is nice and the sequel Bloodmoon gonna be great for sure. I am very much excited to read it.

Amy has continued to share about the missteps taken in life and her thoughts are expressed in the form of poetry.

After reading the first two books in The Broken series, I was very curious to read the third one and it’s worth my time. Control is the third book in a four-part series. Phil Parkinson has lost his wife Alice and all of his five kids are missing. He has also lost his mother-in-law Dorothy Davies. He only has support of Matthew Honey who is and has been in his shoes.

At Moycullen Nunnery, Sister Elisabeth rants insanely. Due to this, other sisters had locked her inside her room. Elisabeth gave her soul to an evil entity Jezebel. Inside her room, Eve and five of Phil’s children are in demonic form with Jezebel. Will Detective Chief Superintendent Terry be able to help in bringing back Phil’s and Matthew’s kids?

While reading this story I was little terrified but I was enjoying it so much that I kept on reading it till the last. It would be great to see this book series as a movie. I appreciate author’s vivid imagination in building the amazing world. Writing style of Frances is amazing. Narration is strong and smooth. I enjoyed every bit of this story. I am definitely interested to read the next book by Frances.

On the other hand, Alice Parkinson is a mother to five children. She has lost her husband and now is in relationship with Jesse whom her mom doesn’t trust at all. Alice has only one daughter Hope Eva Lia Parkinson and 4 sons. Who is Jesse in reality? Find out yourself by reading this gripping tale. Plot of the story is well constructed. Written in lucid language the story will send the chills down your spine.

Cover photo of the book is well designed. It’s an intriguing story that one would enjoy more if binged read. I am glad to read this story and curious to read the next book in the series.

After reading “The Kingdom Has Arrived: Volume 1” by Amy Jean, I was very curious to read more of her work. Side Steps Terrorizing Sound Bites is a poetry collection. In this poetry book, Amy Jean reveals the diabolical ramifications of life being played rather than lived. As she went in reverse, she reflected anger because of the course traversed by her. This poetry book is a result of that.

All relationships synthetic
No meaning ever found
Fifty three years and
Still digging underground

Although all the poems are amazing in this collection but my few favorites are: Suit My Needs, Wherever You Go, There You Are?, You Don’t Say and Blue. I appreciate the honest feelings that Amy has shared with her readers in the form of poems. Language of the book is simple but emotional as well. Overall it’s a great poetry book that both beginners and avid readers can enjoy. I am excited to read the part 2 of Side Steps Terrorizing Sound Bites.

Jenn had a hit movie and she starred in show Paradise High for two years before they cancelled it. Her brother Ollie works for a world-renowned actor Mason Langford. When Ollie introduced Jenn to Mason, Mason started doing favors to Jenn and he helped in getting her a show also.

But whatever Mason is doing is not just to help Jenn. He has some motive behind it. Will Jenn agree to do whatever Mason is asking her to do? What will happen to Jenn’s relationship with her boyfriend Wes. Grab a copy of this interesting story and find out yourself what will happen next.

Story is told from multiple POVs. Language of the book is simple and easy to follow. Title of the story is perfect. Reading this story was such a smooth journey. I enjoyed it very much. Needom’s writing style is amazing and I am definitely interested in reading more of her novels in future.

It’s a beautiful thing to meet someone who makes you forget your troubles. I am sure you all will agree that there is always be a reason why you meet people, either you need to change your life or you are the one that’ll change theirs. The book dreams lost and found By Nikki A Lamers really makes me think about the life of people who are very lonely or have something very sad inside their hearts that they really want someone to share with.
The Story revolves around the despairing life of Samantha Voss who was an adopted child , and her late parents really used to love her alot, she have never thought of being adopted, she had recently lost his parents. She was able to find who her birth parents were through letters of her mother which she used to write to on every birthday of hers, she came to know that her mother was very young when she concived her and both his father and her wern’t much mature and settled to give the life she deserved. It was very emotional to know that her birth mother is no more, but she got to know where his birth father lives .She made courage to meet his father and shifted to Chance, where she met Brady and Cory , who really helped her . I am sure you all will definitely get totally in love with romantic moments that Samantha and Brady share. It was really interesting to see how Brady made Samantha strong enough to face all the challenges in her life.
This story really makes me think that how sometimes meeting a stranger feels like you’ve known them for your whole life, same like how Samantha met Brady! What happens next ? Will Samantha be able to meet his birth father and whats going to happen more in between the life’s of Samantha and Brady? For this you all realy need to read till the end and get mesmerized for sure. Also I am very much excited for the 2nd Part of this book, cant wait to read it too. The Author really made me read the the whole book in one sitting , since the emotions attached to the story made me sticked.

Adjustments with right peope is always better then argument with wrong people,A meaningful silence is always better then meaningless words. I completly agree with this saying and this is what I really understood from this really amazing 2nd Part of the Home Duet , Finding Home by Nikki A Lamers. After reading the first part I wasn’t able to resisit myself to dig into the second part straight away.
In the first part Samantha moved to Chance in search of his birth father where she met Brady. It was again really amazing to see how Brady supported in the whole process of Samantha understanding the dynamics with his birth father and his family. Jacky who is not only Brady’s ex Girlfriend is also daughter to Sam’s Birth Father, was making alot problems and misunderstanding between the Father -Daughter duo seeing Sam with Brady together.
Will Sam really be able to find her real home ? Where will she be spending all her future life? What more mesmerizing will happen between Sam and Brady? These questions will only be answered once you read this book. Nikki is really impressive with the stories she create. I am definitely looking forward to read more of her books. I have read her Unforgettable series and now the Home Duet just made me love with her writing. Till then I would like to recommend this book to everyone out there.
