The Criminal Mind is a Serial Killer Suspense Thriller penned by the author Thomas Benigno. It is the third installment in The Good Lawyer Series. Story features an old veteran Charlie Malone on his wheelchair. He lives in a center for veterans with disabilities on Eighth Avenue in Manhattan, New York. One day when he was on Eighth Avenue, he met a teenager Mia Langley. Mia reminded Charlie of his sister Peggy who ran away from home one day and later her skull was found near the construction site on the outskirts of town.

The Veteran Center where Charlie and other veterans were living was a result of plan that Nicholas Mannino and his wife Eleanor had thought of. Now Eleanor is not there in his life and later in life he fell for a waitress Maureen that even made him forgot about Eleanor when he was with her. Nicholas started visiting Veteran Center more after Eleanor’s death and there Charlie told him his entire life story. He also told him about a teenage girl Mia and her multiple personality disorder.

This is a gripping story that you won’t feel like putting down until you finish it. Author has written this story well and it’s perfect for weekend binge reading. Characters are interesting. Nick and Charlie both are my favorite from the story. If you are a big fan of thrillers then go ahead with “The Criminal Mind” without thinking twice. You won’t regret picking this novel at all. I am interested to read more novels by the author.

After his mother’s death, he was fulfilling that promise until Queen’s murder. Delsar who was known as Queen’s Champion is now being called as Queen’s murderer by the people. Delsar left the town and reached new town Eskor. He was staying at Rina’s Food and Inn.

Soon, a woman tracked him and she introduced herself as Elidria. She was from the small village in the west called Bihnor. She told Delsar that her village was invaded by mercenaries and they started killing all innocent people. She needs Delsar’s help to save her loved ones. Delsar who have been betrayed by people in the past for his kindness will be willing to help her or not?

This is an amazing story. Language of the book is lucid so one could follow it easily. Cover photo of the book is nice. Storyline is so interesting that I couldn’t keep this book aside. Length of the novel is more so it is suitable for weekend binge reading. Elidria’s character is amazing. Author’s writing style and world building is amazing. It’s a worth reading story.

Story features a group of teenagers who are doing band practice during summer. They often mess up with each other. Nikki is a Miss Fashion girl but her mother is in depression. The recent event at the gas station made Nikki afraid that anytime cops may come and will put her behind the bars.

A parent of an hearing impaired child struggles through various phases. Amongst it, first one is the denial. Parents fear what society gonna comment on their child. They also develop the fear of giving birth to another child with hearing impairment.

For the first time, I have read a book that gives glimpse into toddler’s mind. This journey is not at all easy for parents. But they can make their journey easy by discussing about it with other parents who are/have been in their shoes.

Cover photo of the book looks nice. It is an insightful read and one should mark the important points for quick reference in future. Language of the book is simple. Even if one is not an avid reader, he/she could understand well what author has discussed in this book. It’s a worth reading book that author has written from her experience.

I love reading non-fiction stories as they help us to learn something from other people’s experiences and help us to grow. Recently I got my hands on the book Radical Woman compiled by Ayanna Mills Ambrose.

In this book, different authors have shared their own stories involving sexual abuse, being conceived in rape, poverty, dyslexia, etc. But the best thing is that they have walked on the path of their transformational journey to become who they are today.

The way this book is organized and presented is very impressive. Main purpose of this book is to prevent other women from making similar mistakes. I am glad to read this book and want to suggest this book to more and more women.

It’s a life changing book written in a lucid language. I am sure that readers will take away something from this book. Go ahead and read it without thinking twice. Hats off to all the authors for sharing about their journey with us.

I love reading poems. Recently I got my hands on a poetry book “The Fire Within” penned by the author Jamal Roberson. This book has several poems like New Beginning, Liberty, Downloaded, etc. The titular poem “The Fire Within” is amazing. However my favourite among the collection is Never Satisfied.

Ambition has me on a long road
With only one place to go
But one has to wonder
If it comes with a blunder
Drive
But not too fast
May scare romance
Before times run out
Without a chance
Achieve
But don’t expect to receive

Language of all the poems is simple and they are easy to understand. Even if you are not an avid poetry reader and wanna give try to reading poems, go ahead with this book. You will be able to follow the poems.

Through this book, author is inspiring all little boys and girls that they are powerful and should believe in the fire within them. It is a short and quick read that poetry lovers would finish in a single sitting. Cover photo is nice and title is appropriate. I like to recommend this book to poetry lovers. Worth reading.

After a long time, he has felt that way for a woman.

Even though this book is a part of a series but one could read it as standalone also. Cover photo is nice. Length is short for this novel so one could finish it in a single sitting. Story is gripping. If romance fiction are of your interest then you can pick this novel. It’s a great book to read. Well written story!!

“The Quarterback Sacked by Love” is an interesting story written by the author Rogin Radocha. Casen Walls is the quarterback for the Philadelphia Golden Eagles. His engagement broke with actress Steffi Stevens when he found her in bed with Tyler Spacey who is the quarterback for the opposing team Seattle Sharks. Casen’s performance in football was poor last season because of his messed-up relationship but this season, he has to perform well and focus on football and his contract. After having an amazing one-night stand with a reporter named Collins Baker, what gonna happen next?

This is an amazing story that kept me on the edge the whole time. Length of the book is 130 pages only so one could read it in single sitting. Cover photo of the book is eye catchy and title is suitable. Since story has mature language so I like to recommend it to adults only. I enjoyed reading this story and I am definitely looking forward to read more books by the author.

Glossary given at the book is quite helpful. Cover photo looks amazing. Storyline is intense. The way author has described historical details in this novel is well appreciated. Language of the book is lucid.

If you love reading historical fiction then you can’t afford to miss to read this one. Looking forward to read more books by the author.
