Only Afraid of Nothing penned by the author Willem Indigo is a science fiction fantasy novel. Dave Von Wolfgang is one of the main characters of the story. He was bored of the psych ward so he befriends Zenu, a humanoid alien.

Commander Jatax Flurglesnatch is Zenu’s boss. He was kidnapped. Wolfgang and Zenu are determined to rescue the commander. Zenu is quite smart and I am impressed by her character. On the other hand, Wolfgang is called a lunatic. Read this story to know what all chaos the duo will create.

The pace of the story is fast and I wasn’t bored anytime while reading this book. The cover photo of the book is nice. The storyline is interesting and there is so much action in the story. I appreciate the vivid imagination of the author in creating this fantasy world. The story will keep you on the edge of the seat. Go for it without any second thoughts.

“Secrets of Sea Pines: The Battle for Hilton Head Island’s Treasure” penned by the author Robert J Perreault is an interesting read. William Hunter along with his friend Samuel Goldsmith buried the treasure in 1662 amongst pine trees.

Before dying, William told his son Andrew about his will, testament and the map to locate the treasure. But William’s friend Goldsmith who was eavesdropping the entire conversation stole William’s will and map. He deposited that will and map in a safe deposit of the bank. Andrew suspected that Goldsmith must have stolen the will so he murdered him. Centuries later the receipt of the safe deposit came into the hands of Joseph Gramer. Joseph’s son Charles sets out on an adventure to find the treasure. Will he be successful?

The plot of the story is interesting. This story kept me on the edge. The language used in the book is easy to understand. The cover photo is nice and the title couldn’t have been better than this. Robert has done great work in this book.

The main characters of the story are Veles and Neriah. Neriah recently moved into an apartment that has a mirror in which Veles is locked. A child of light, a Nephilim can release him from his prison. Neriah felt as if she heard a voice coming from the mirror. She felt a calling, a longing feeling that doesn’t belong to her.

When Neriah asked the man about his name, he said names contain power and he likes to keep it a secret. He asked Neriah to call him Veles. Read this story to know more about their adventure together.

The plotline is interesting. Characters are written well by the author. The language used in the book is lucid and easy to follow. I am looking forward to reading more books by the author. If you love dark romance stories then go ahead with this one.

My favorite poem among the collection is Memory. Memories have the power to hurt us or make us happy. Even if someone leaves from our life, memories constantly remind us of them.

My name is Memory,
I can be altered
Consciously or unconsciously.
I am a thing of beauty
And of nightmares.
I find myself lost
In the past.
My name is Memory
And I hurt people
And bring joy to others.

The writing style of the author is nice. All the poems are left aligned. The language used in the poems is lucid and even non-poetry readers could understand the meaning behind these poems. Go for it. You would be delighted to read it.

This book will take readers on the rollercoaster ride of emotions. John is on a lifelong project as a longest living cancer survivor and my good wishes are with him. This book is an inspiration for cancer patients. It gives an important message of NOT GIVING UP no matter how many lows you may face in life. A beautifully narrated memoir. Must read it.
